In pursuit of our mission to connect the world of business, Delta Business is always seeking innovative ways to support your travelers and help them reach your organization’s objectives.

In the case of Delta’s industry-leading fast, free Wi-Fi presented by T-Mobile, that’s resulted in significant cost savings for business travelers with over 50 million corporate traveler logins already.

Since launching fast, free Wi-Fi and Delta Sync in February 2023:

• Millions of travelers have joined Delta SkyMiles through accessing Delta Sync Wi-Fi, giving them access not only to free Wi-Fi but also to connected experiences that make travel on Delta unique, rewarding and memorable.
• 44+ million travelers have logged 50+ million streaming-quality sessions on board
• 680+ aircraft are equipped with fast, free Wi-Fi, which represents the majority of Delta’s domestic mainline flights

SkyMiles Members have access to fast, free Wi-Fi on over 80% of Delta’s mainline fleet today, and the vast majority of customers are expected to have access across Delta’s global fleet by the end of this year.

2. Fly Delta App 6.0 | Our Most Comprehensive App Update since 2019

In May, Delta launched Fly Delta 6.0, our most comprehensive update to the Fly Delta App in over five years.

Updates include a slate of new and enhanced features, functionality and experiences that reimagine how customers can engage with Delta for an even more seamless and enjoyable experience. These include:

• Always Available Boarding Pass: Customers can enjoy continuous and easy access to their boarding information through Today Mode with a pinned banner that stays with customers as they move through the app.
• Help Center View: This feature brings simplicity to the unexpected. During moments where travel on Delta flights is disrupted, travelers will be prompted with a simplified view of all the actions required to continue their journey—from flight change options, to bag tracking and easy access to virtual assistance — putting the power of Delta’s customer care team at their fingertips and giving them even more choice over their travel experience.
• Everything where it should be with refreshed, easy-to-use navigation: Browse the app with ease through a streamlined navigation ribbon that better reflects how customers engage with the app today. The new My Trips tab brings relevant, upcoming trip information into a standalone view, mirroring how customers navigate the delta.com homepage.  

3. Delta Digital ID | Breeze Through Security

At Delta, we’re committed to creating airports built for seamless speed, using digital innovation to simplify the traveler journey from curb to gate.

Delta Digital ID, available to TSA PreCheck members who opt in via the Fly Delta app, is optional facial matching technology that allows your travelers to check bags and move through security completely hands free.

With Delta Digital ID, travelers can enjoy:

• 75% faster transactions at bag drop (from 2 minutes to 30 seconds)
• 72% faster transactions at security (from 25 seconds to 7 seconds)

Now at five Delta hubs ─ ATL, DTW LAX and New York City’s LGA and JFK airports ─ your eligible travelers can move through these airports without having to show a physical ID with the help of Delta Digital ID technology.

4. $12B in Airport Enhancements | Creating Airports of the Future, Today

In the past ten years, we’ve invested more than $12 billion coast-to-coast in airport hubs for you and your travelers.

That means airport facilities that are comfortable, easy to navigate and part of an effortlessly connected journey.

Investments in New York and Los Angeles: The expansion of Delta Premium Select to U.S. transcontinental flights is the latest in more than a decade’s worth of investments by Delta in New York and Los Angeles – both in the air and on the ground.

At JFK, we’re undergoing a $1.5 billion expansion project that has consolidated all operations to Terminal 4 and improved the check in and baggage experience.

Opening this summer, JFK will host the inaugural Delta One premium lounge, featuring:

• A sweeping 38,000-square-foot space
• Full-service brasserie
• Casual, chef-assisted market with open kitchens
• Dedicated wellness areas

At LAX, we’ve completed work on our $2.3 billion Delta Sky Way at LAX project, which features a state-of-the-art Delta Sky Club and a Delta One check-in facility.

A Delta One Lounge will open later this year at LAX, featuring:

• A 10,000-plus-square-foot space
• Direct access by elevator from the Delta One check-in area
• An exclusive outdoor terrace

In our network between 2023 and this year, we’ll add more than 2,700 seats across our Clubs and Lounges. In total, Delta will open five new Clubs and Lounges in 2024 – JFK, CLT, SEA, LAX, BOS – in addition to meaningful expansions in LGA and Miami.

5. Onboard Experiences | Unlike Anything Else in The Sky

Sitting at the intersection of luxury and practicality, our Delta Premium Select (DPS) cabin offers business travelers the opportunity to enjoy a more spacious seat and premium experience at a lower price point compared to our Delta One cabin.

Beginning Sept. 10, DPS will launch on four of Delta’s 11 peak day flights between LAX and JFK. Delta expects to expand to more JFK-LAX frequencies later this year and to additional domestic transcontinental routes in 2025.*

The elevated cabin, positioned between Delta One and Delta Comfort+, has been popular with customers on long-haul international flights and features:

• A wider seat with additional recline
• A fold-out adjustable footrest and leg rest
• Hot towel service
• Exclusive food offerings
• Premium amenity kit - so your travelers arrive refreshed and recharged

At the airport, your travelers flying DPS receive Sky Priority service**, which includes dedicated check-in and baggage service. Once it’s time to board, DPS customers are among the first invited on board.

In flight, your travelers flying DPS will be treated to a hot towel service followed by an elevated dining experience with main courses served on plates with linen tableware and napkins, silver flatware, and glassware. A premium snack basket will also be offered throughout the flight, and chocolates served prior to arrival deliver a fond farewell.

Our DPS cabin was substantially refreshed in 2022 to feature more locally inspired dining, premium hand-crafted amenities, and more dedicated service touchpoints. In 2024, we began offering DPS customers the option to pre-select onboard meals and debuted additional upgraded service elements.
