Elevated Business Travel with our Corporate Partners

These leisure travel offers complement Delta’s elevated suite of Corporate Priority** benefits, which travelers at Delta corporate contracted companies already enjoy on every business trip. Whether it is at the time they are planning their trip, to checking in, to the experience they have on board, Delta offers benefits along its corporate customers' travel ribbon to create a more seamless experience including:

  • Complimentary Preferred Seats: Corporate travelers can choose where they sit — aisle, exit row or window — near the front of the plane at no extra cost so they can more easily pick their favorite seat.
  • Priority Service Recovery: To help them get to where they need to go, corporate travelers will be prioritized above other passengers during rebooking for flights and seats when Medallion® Status and booking class are the same.
  • Priority Boarding: Corporate travelers receive enhanced priority boarding, ensuring that they get on their flight sooner so they can settle in quicker for their journey.
  • Priority Standby: To help get them on their way, corporate travelers receive tie-breaker prioritization over similarly situated non-corporate travelers when standing by for a flight.
  • Priority Medallion Upgrades: For your corporate travelers who are also SkyMiles Medallion® Members, Delta offers them more benefits, like upgrade priority over other Medallion Members in the same Medallion group.
  • Denied Boarding Prioritization: If every confirmed passenger cannot be accommodated on a flight, corporate travelers receive priority status and enhanced protection from involuntary denied boarding.
  • Downgrade Prioritization: In the unlikely event the airline is not able to accommodate every ticketed passenger in a cabin of service, corporate travelers take priority over non-corporate travelers of comparable status.
  • Check-in Recognition: Delta’s kiosks and online check-in channels can identify your travelers as an employee traveling for your company — recognizing the value of both your traveler and our partnership with you.
  • International Coverage: Many of Delta’s key Corporate Priority benefits also carry over for corporate travelers when they’re flying on LATAM, Air France, Aeromexico, KLM or Virgin Atlantic.

Delta’s Corporate Priority benefits are available to all Corporate Sales Agreement (CSA) and Mid-Market Sales Agreement (MSA) customers when booked through their company’s authorized online booking tool or with their authorized travel agency, which attaches their employer’s Corporate Ticket Designator to the ticket.

Rewards for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses

To support every stage of a business’ journey, Delta also offers SkyMiles® for Business***, a travel rewards program built for small and medium-sized enterprises providing special offers, exclusive benefits and more ways than ever to elevate their business.

With three membership tiers: Member, Plus and Elite, the program provides flexible and customizable travel solutions at any scale to maximize the company budget. As a small business’ travel grows, so do their rewards.

  • Work smarter, not harder: Easily track travel expenses with reporting and administrative tools.
  • Reclaim your time: Enjoy a new, intuitive digital experience that makes navigating the SkyMiles for Business account a breeze.
  • Mix business with miles: As businesses move to Plus and Elite tiers — earn, redeem and transfer miles that don’t expire.

And with the launch of Delta Business Traveler, small business owners and Corporate Travel Managers (CTMs) now have a program aimed at elevating the travelers’ experiences by giving them access to a range of offers.

Staying true to our “Listen. Act. Listen” motto, customer feedback has shaped the development of these programs and benefits, tailored to meet the unique needs of our corporate partners, small business owners and their travelers.
