    Methodology

Business Travel News fielded the 2024 Small and Midsize Enterprise survey from June 27 to July 30 on the Credspark platform. BTN via email solicited responses from subscribers to BTN and BTN Europe. A total of 122 qualified respondents answered the survey. Not every respondent answered every survey question. In the charts in this series, not all figures add up to 100 due to rounding. BTN editors followed up with interviews of travel and meetings executives to help create this 2024 SME special report.
