Methodology

Business Travel News partnered with CredSpark to field an online 2024 Business Travel Sustainability Survey to a select segment of its travel buyer audience from March 25-May 18. The survey was promoted via dedicated email blasts to the BTN audience, via the BTN Daily newsletter and through personal outreach. The survey garnered 189 buyer-only respondents. Not every respondent answered every question. Eighty-five percent of respondents were located in North America; 13 percent in Europe and 3 percent represented other regions.
