Hilton Triumphs in BTN 2024 Hotel Survey

Hilton Worldwide earned a close victory over a crowded field of traditional hotel brands in BTN's annual survey of corporate travel buyers. The hotel company rode high marks across the board to the top in a race that saw four brands in tight competition to prevail in nearly every criteria BTN measured. 2021 BTN Hotel Survey: Hilton Takes Top Spot for Pandemic-Era Partnership

The 2021 edition of BTN's annual Hotel Survey differs from past years. Given the low business travel volumes during the past 12 months, the survey includes ratings pertaining to four Covid-19 related attributes and considered candidates on a chainwide level - not at the brand level. Hilton Hotels & Resorts took top honors in providing corporate travel clients with the support required during the pandemic, but other major chains performed very well.
